Licensed Clinicians
Initial 50-Minute Session:  $175
Subsequent 50-Minute Sessions:  $150

Associate Clinicians

Initial 50-Minute Session:  $150

Subsequent 50-Minute Sessions:  $125

Insurance 

 

Kindred Hearts Counseling is in-network providers with Partnership of California (Medi-Cal) and Crime Victim Assistance.

All other insurance plans are considered an 'out-of-network provider' and it is your responsibility to verify what services are reimbursable. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

If you choose to utilize your insurance, payment is required in full at time of session and you will be provided a detailed invoice (called a “superbill”) after each session. It contains all the information that most insurance companies require and you will submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement.

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy 

If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment, and/or you have not notified at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
